Dagger was a pit/Great Dane and Dipsy was a chihuahua. Yes she was the boss! Dagger was diagnosed with lymphoma when he was only 2 yrs old. With chemo it went into remission and we made every day as if it was his last no matter what he wanted, swimming, ball, playing, or just snuggling. Dipsy had cushions disease and she was a puppy till the end. She passed with a brain tumor the end of May 2012 within a few months, Daggers cancer came back full force and we lost him that July. With all of my children grown and both of my furbabies passing I wasn't in a good place until adopting and becoming a foster mom for Rotties and Notties and Bama Bully Rescue. It didn't take my loss away but it did help me redirect the pain in my heart. No one can ever take their place... But my goal is for right now to save as many lives and give them the years that my fur babies lost. For Dagger and Dipsy I will save as many as I can.
